For the second night in a row, freezing drizzle developed across western Wisconsin. One death and two injuries occurred in an accident on County Highway C north of West Salem (La Crosse County). Several other accidents occurred which resulted in some injuries as a result of the slippery conditions produced by the freezing drizzle. The freezing drizzle started during the evening of the 29th and continued into the early morning of the 30th before ending. |
