Episode Narrative The Stillaguamish River reached record level. There were several roads washed out in Kitsap county. 2 homes were damaged from mudslides.
Event Narrative About 33 homes, and one business, were damaged in Granite Falls, Arlington, and Stanwood when the Stillaguamish River hit record flood stage. Parts of Highway 530 were closed. About 240 homes were issued a voluntary evacuation, while 6 people had to be rescued by hovercraft near Granite Falls.
