Episode Narrative An area of low pressure crossed northwest Wisconsin. Rain fell along and to the east of its track while snow fell to the north and west. The heaviest snow of 10 to 14 inches was along a north-south band from northern Pine County through St Louis County and the Iron Range to the Canadian border. The wind gusted to 35 to 40 mph in places, causing drifting and blowing snow.
