| Episode Narrative | A surface low pressure system progressed from Nebraska to Iowa from the 2nd to early on the 3rd, and then trekked from Eastern Iowa to Northeast Wisconsin by the evening hours on the 3rd. Snowfall amounts of note include: 8.5 inches at Donnelly (Stevens county); 7.0 inches at Little Falls (Morrison county); 6.2 inches in Onamia (Mille Lacs County), 6.0 inches at Long Prairie (Todd County); 6.0 inches at Glenwood (Pope County); 6.0 inches at Cyrus (Pope County); 5.9 inches 7 miles S Hillman (Morrison county). Sustained winds in the 18 to 25 mph range, with some gusts to 35 mph, created some blowing and drifting snow. |
