Episode Narrative A very moist environment was in place under an upper level ridge. A stationary boundary was draped across southern New Mexico providing the lift for slow moving thunderstorms which caused numerous reports of flash flooding.
Event Narrative Significant flooding along Poverty Creek, adjacent properties and low water crossings was reported by a trained spotter.
