Deep monsoon moisture produced thunderstorms with heavy rain over northwest New Mexico. This resulted in flash flooding across State Road 511 northwest of Navajo Dam. |

There was running water, rocks and a mudslide over State Road 511 between mile markers 3 and 7. One vehicle hit the rocks which ruptured its fuel tank. |
