| Episode Narrative | A slow moving upper storm system produced heavy snow across the northern Texas Panhandle during the nighttime hours on March 24 through the day on March 25. There were no reports of damages or injuries. On March 24...a trained spotter measured six inches of snow in Dalhart at 1923 CST. On March 24...a trained spotter reported seven and a half inches of snow in Texline at 2030 CST. on March 24...local law enforcement officials reported seven and a half inches of snow in Stratford at 2300 CST. On March 24...the cooperative observer in Stratford measured six inches of snow at 2300 CST. On March 25...the cooperative observer in Dalhart measured eight inches of snow at 0100 CST. On March 25...the public reported five and a half inches of snow at the Cactus Feed Yard in Cactus at 0200 CST. |
