| Episode Narrative |
An upper-level low over the Ohio Valley provided plenty of cold air aloft while a southerly flow ahead of this system ushered in warm and moist air from the south at the surface. The combination of the warm low-levels and the colder air aloft provided enough instability for showers and thunderstorms to develop. Some thunderstorms during the afternoon hours produced large hail. |
