Episode Narrative Heavy rainfall of 1 to 3 inches in advance of a warm front produced flash flooding on the 24th in Marshall and Cullman Counties.
Event Narrative Two to three inches of rainfall caused flood water of up to one foot on Thomas Lane east of Rocky Ridge. Six inches of flood water was also reported over Thomas Road.
