| Episode Narrative | About 1.50 to 2.50 inches of rain on the 1st, and then 6 to 9 inches of snow on the 2nd and 3rd caused more flooding across Wilkin County. Most of the problems continued along U.S. Highway 75 near Kent. The Red River at Wahpeton/Breckenridge had the highest of its multiple crests on April 2nd, topping out around 13.7 feet. A cold snap developed by Wednesday (4th), which slowed down the runoff and allowed the flood warning to be cancelled. |
