Episode Narrative A cold front with good upper level support produced some heavy rains over south central Kentucky. This caused some minor flooding on parts of the Green River Basin and on Stoner Creek.
Event Narrative Stoner Creek at Paris crested at 18.7 feet around 330 PM on December 9. Flood stage at Paris is 18 feet. The creek is out of its banks in some locations.
