Slow moving thunderstorms continued to form over the same area of Somerset County near Bingham resulting in 3 to 5 inches of rainfall in 3 hours. Numerous washouts were reported on Mahoney Hill Road. |

Thunderstorms redeveloping over the same general area just east of Bingham resulted in 3 to 5 inches of rain in 3 hours. This caused numerous washouts on Mahoney Hill Road which was closed by the state police. |
