| Episode Narrative | A strong upper level low pressure system moved from the Rockies on the 22nd, and across much of the Upper Midwest from the 23rd to the 25th. A large swath of heavy snow accompanied by sustained winds in the 15 to 20 mph range were noted across much of West Central Wisconsin. Some notable totals include 14 inches on the west side of Eau Claire (Eau Claire County), 3 S Island Lake (Chippewa County), and in Roberts (St. Croix County), 10.8 inches at Durand (Pepin County), 10 inches 2 S Clear Lake (Polk County), and 9 inches 2 S Rice Lake (Barron County). |
