Episode Narrative A nearly stationary upper level low in combination with a weak surface front resulted in 2 to 5 inches of rain in a 72 hour period. This caused minor flooding on the Kennebec River at Skowhegan.
Event Narrative Heavy rain caused minor flooding on the Kennebec River at Skowhegan (flood stage 35,000 cfs) which crested at 37,900 cfs.
