A slow-moving thunderstorm produced local heavy rainfall in Quincy and the north part of the Quincy Valley. During a 15-minute period, strong winds, hail, and heavy rain significantly damaged crops. A flash flood also damaged part of Road Q NW about two miles north of Quincy. |
