Episode Narrative Light easterly winds from off the cooler waters of Lake Michigan combined with increasing moisture as surface low pressure approached from the southwest to produce dense fog across portions of Southeast Wisconsin. Visibilities fell to 1/4 mile or less along and east of a Sheboygan County to Walworth County line. Several airline flights were delayed at the Milwaukee Airport.
