| Episode Narrative | An extended period of cold weather and wind created dangerously low wind chill values across much of southeast Minnesota with values reaching as low as 41 below in Mower County (Dexter), 40 below in Olmsted County (Rochester), and 37 below in Dodge County (Dodge Center). It was the coldeset start to a February since 1996. |
