| Episode Narrative | A widespread wintry mix of precipitation moved across southeast South Dakota on February 26th; mainly during the daytime hours. Snowfall of 2 to 5 inches was reported north of Interstate 90, while south of the Interstate, precipitation was mostly freezing rain and sleet. Near the Interstate, a mixture fell. The precipitation made driving and walking surfaces slippery. |
