| Episode Narrative | A potent cold front passed through eastern West Virginia on the evening of the 11th. A warm moist flow ahead of the front caused more instability than usual for this time of year. The combination of the cold front and instability caused showers and thunderstorms to develop. Some thunderstorms were severe, producing damaging winds. |
