Episode Narrative Strong southerly winds associated with a developing low pressure system blew the frame of a house down.
Event Narrative Winds increased ahead of a developing low pressure system, resulting in a windy day for north Texas. A frame of a house fell down in the Cypress Bend subdivision south of U.S. Highway 380. Three men were working in the house at the time of the collapse, but fortunately none were injured. Nearby wind measurements showed sustained winds of 22 MPH gusting to 37 MPH.
