Snowfall of 2 to 7 inches was accompanied by northwest winds which increased to 20 to 30 mph, causing visibilities to be further reduced in areas of blowing snow. The snow and blowing snow was reported during the daytime hours of January 3rd until a little after midnight that night, mainly in Lincoln and Lyon Counties. |
