| Episode Narrative | Strong winds caused blizzard conditions over southwest Minnesota, mainly away from the southern border of the state. The strong winds combined with existing snow cover and new snowfall. The new snowfall varied mostly from 2 to 4 inches. Zero visibilities and drifting snow made travel virtually impossible. Wind chill readings were driver to as low as 40 below zero. |
