Low pressure crossed the northern Ohio Valley during the early morning hours of Friday the 19th. Cold air was in place when rain began ahead of the approaching low. Significant icing occurred along the I-70 corridor through about daybreak, when warmer air got pulled north of the low's easterly track. |
