| Episode Narrative | Another month of below normal rainfall caused severe drought conditions (D2) in Wisconsin to more than double in areal coverage in October. The increase was mainly across the central and north-central parts of the state. Rainfall for the three month period from August through October was 8.35 inches below normal at Marshfield, 6.75 inches below normal at Wausau and 6.18 inches below normal at Wisconsin Rapids. |
