A flash flood occurred just west of Lake Wenatchee due to heavy rain associated with thunderstorms. The Viewpoint RAWS weather station was in the flash flood area where 2.12 inches of rain fell in four hours, with 1.18 inches falling between 3:04 PM PST to 4:04 PM PST. Water was reported over White River Road two and a half miles west of Lake Wenatchee and over Highway two near Berne. |
