Episode Narrative An upper level low and a nearly stationary frontal boundary resulted in 3 to 4 inches of rain over a 2 day period in central Maine. This caused minor flooding on the Kennebec River at Skowhegan.
Event Narrative Heavy rain over a 2 day period produced minor flooding on the Kennebec River in Skowhegan which crested at 37,700 cfs (flood stage 35,000 cfs).
