A stationary frontal boundary was stretched across the Mid Atlantic on July 5th. This boundary combined with a very humid atmosphere to produce scattered showers and thunderstorms across portions of the eastern pan handle of West Virginia. One severe storm in Grant County produced damaging winds. |
