A deep, moist atmosphere, aided by outflow boundaries, helped produce a few reports of funnel clouds, a brief tornado and heavy rain around Tucumcari. Heavy rain over the Sacramento Mountains also produced flash flooding along the Rio Penasco River in southwest Chaves County. |
