Cities with March temperatures cooler than January

During March, a prolonged cold air outbreak impacted a large portion of the eastern United States. In addition to five states — Florida, Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, and North Carolina — having a March 2013 average temperature colder than their January 2013 average temperature, several cities and towns also had the same outcome. Below is a list of select cities that had March temperatures that were cooler than January.
