In 2004, a new set of PDSI reconstructions with expanded spatial and temporal coverage was released (Cook et al. 2004).
The new grid, which can be seen below, includes 286 points in a 2.5 degree grid covering most of North America.
The PDSI reconstructions
are based on an expanded network of 835
tree-ring chronologies (602 western).
The temporal coverage has been expanded to the maximum permitted by the available
tree ring data, extending back nearly 2000 years
for some locations.

Click on grid points to select or deselect grid cells (multiple points can be selected for plotting), or click red squares under Zone designations to select large groups of cells. Click 'Plot Selected Data' when you have selected the point(s) you desire to see plotted.
