information for the stations on this CD-ROM.

The monthly data counts are those for non-missing,
non-interpolated temperature observations.  The maximum
possible number of observations for a month with 31 days
is 744, or one observation per hour for the entire month.  

Each station has six lines of inventory data in this file,
one for each year from 1990 to 1995.
