Problems Submitting Requests

If you are a user experience problems receiving requested output:

  • Use an alternate browser: Try newer versions of the Netscape, Mozilla or Microsoft Internet Explorer browser to submit requests.

    • If you have tried this and continue to have problems receiving requested data, please provide us with the following information:

  • The browser names and versions you have been using
    (e.g. Netscape 6.0, Internet Explorer 4.0, AOL 6.0, etc..)
  • What you were requesting when problem occurred
    (e.g. March Temperature data for Indiana from 1895-2001, bar chart output)
  • The symptoms of the problem(s) you experienced or output you did receive

    Thank you for providing this information. Your input will help identify problems others have experienced and will help us provide climate data to users of all external systems.
