Oklahoma Drought

Oklahoma had unusually dry weather this month, with October 2003 ranking as the 26th driest October, statewide, in the 109-year record. Areas along the Red River were especially dry. The southwest and parts of the panhandle were unusually dry during the 60-day period ending November 9.
