As noted by the Wyoming State Climatologist (Jan Curtis):

November temperatures generally ranged from nearly -3 below normal at Rawlins to 5F above normal at Sheridan. Precipitation ranged from 9 percent of normal in Laramie to 125 percent of normal in Evanston. The statewide drought is basically unchanged from last month.

Cheyenne

The average temperature in November was 34.4F. This is 1.1F warmer than normal. The maximum for the month was 63F on the 22nd and the minimum of 3F occurred on the 25th. Precipitation total of 0.46 inch is 72 percent of normal. Snowfall totaled 8.3 inches which is 98 percent of the long term average.

Laramie

The average temperature in November was 27.3F. This is 1.1F cooler than normal. The maximum for the month was 58F on the 22nd and the minimum of -9F occurred on the 3rd. Precipitation total of 0.06 inch is 9 percent of normal and represents the 3rd driest November since 1948. Snowfall totaled 1.3 inches which is 19 percent of the long term average.

Rawlins

The average temperature in November was 28.9F. This is 2.6F cooler than normal. The maximum temperature for the month was 54F on the 7th and the minimum of -7F occurred on the 25th. Precipitation total of 0.26 inch is 40 percent of normal. Snowfall totaled 0.7 inch which is 9 percent of normal and is the 4th least snowfall in November since 1950.

Rock Springs

The average temperature in November was 29.3F. This is 0.5F warmer than normal. The maximum temperature for the month was 55F on the 7th and the minimum of 5F occurred on the 2nd. Precipitation total of 0.44 inch is 70 percent of normal. Snowfall totaled 2.3 inches which is 40 percent of the long term average.

Evanston

The average temperature in November was 27.5F. This is 1.4F cooler than normal. The maximum temperature for the month was 53F on the 7th and the minimum of 4F occurred on the 2nd. Precipitation total of 1.05 inches is 125 percent of normal. Snowfall totaled 12.1 inches which is 189 percent of the long term average.

Big Piney

The average temperature in November was 23.1F. This is 0.1F warmer than normal. The maximum temperature for the month was 50F on the 20th and the minimum of -7F occurred on the 26th. Precipitation total of 0.41 inches is 111 percent of normal. Snowfall totaled 3.0 inches which is 70 percent of the long term average.

Lander

The average temperature in November was 29.2F. This is 1.1F cooler than normal. The maximum temperature for the month was 61F on the 22nd and the minimum of -8F occurred on the 25th. Precipitation total of 0.48 inch is 48 percent of normal. Snowfall totaled 7.7 inches which is 55 percent of the long term average.

Riverton

The average temperature in November was 28.5F. This is 0.3F warmer than normal. The maximum temperature for the month was 54F on the 19th and the minimum of -5F occurred on the 25th. Precipitation total of 0.29 inch is 62 percent of normal. Snowfall totaled 6.2 inches which is 119 percent of the long term average.

Worland

The average temperature in November was 30.9F. This is 2.2F cooler than normal. The maximum temperature for the month was 61F on the 21st, and the minimum of -5F occurred on the 26th. Precipitation total of 0.35 inch is 103 percent of normal. Snowfall totaled 0.9 inch which is 20 percent of the long term average.

Sheridan

The average temperature in November was 35.6F. This is 4.6F warmer than normal. The maximum temperature for the month was 65F on the 22nd and the minimum of -5F occurred on the 25th. Precipitation total of 0.71 inch is 89 percent of normal. Snowfall totaled 7.0 inches which is 82 percent of the long term average.

Casper

The average temperature in November was 33.0F and is 1.0F warmer than normal. The maximum temperature for the month was 61F on the 22nd (record for the day) and the minimum of -9F occurred on the 26th. Precipitation total of 0.25 inch is 30 percent of normal. Snowfall totaled 6.9 inches which is 68 percent of the long term average.

Torrington

The average temperature in November was 36.7F and is 2.7F warmer than normal. The maximum temperature for the month was 69F on the 22nd and the minimum of 6F occurred on the 26th. Precipitation total of 0.14 inch is 25 percent of normal. Snowfall totaled 1.6 inches which is 36 percent of the long term average.
