NCDC Contour/Vector Graphing Options

Due to the complexity of these contour plots, the average plot takes approximately 20-30 seconds depending on the size of the region selected. Therefore, the time to wait is multiplied by the number of plots chosen to be displayed at once, (ie. if you choose 4 plots expect to wait about 90 seconds). Note, Peak Gust Direction and Speed takes twice as long because it is a vector plot.

WARNING: Some browsers have a default timeout setting. If your browser times out you must change the setting in your browsers preferences menu.

How many contour plots to display at once?

(ex. If you choose 4, your plots will be displayed like the image above.)
