Check Order Status

If you have placed a data request with NCDC you can check the status of your request by entering the email address used to make the initial request as well as the order number (located in the email which was sent at the time of the original request).

*This information can be found in the email sent when your data order was completed.

Please note

  • Due to the level of requests orders may sometimes take longer usual
  • System downtime may also affect speed of delivery
  • Scheduled maintenance happens from time to time
